Yes. You can place an order as a guest. However, we recommend that you create an account if you’d like to check your order history, have your shopping basket items and payment details automatically saved for easy next shoppings. In addition, you can get 10 Strip store points that can be redeemed to discount coupon.

As long as the discount code was valid at the time of your purchase, you can have the difference refunded. 

You can contact us: support@stripoo.com within 1 business day to alter/cancel your order right after it is placed. Most likely, we can help you do that if it has not been shipped out yet.

Yes. We’ll provide shipping updates at every stage for your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order on the track order page in our site.

You can! Unlike many other online sellers, we offer the shipping service to P.O Boxes addresses as well. But we don't ship to APO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico of the United States.

Please email our support team by clicking  HERE within 45 days of delivery with your order number and a list of the missing items. Please make sure to include a photo of the items you did receive and a picture of the packaging box. We will get back to you asap!

Returns & Refunds

For any reason if you are not happy with your order within 45 days time upon delivery, you can request for a return or an exchange, please refer to this LINK for details.

Please contact our customer service team via support@stripoo.com within the 45-day return period since ordering, we will guide you how to fulfill a return if certain criterias are met, visit the return & refund page for details.

We send return notes by email, so if you can locate the email we sent you, simply print off a new one. If you can’t find this email, please get in touch with us via support@stripoo.com and ask us to resend the return notes.

We expect a return arrives at our given address no later than 45 days. Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you by email. We aim to process refunds within 2 business days after receiving the item into our warehouse, but it can take several days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund into your account, or onto your card. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.
